my apologies
to kale, for ever maligning it. now that i've figured out how to cook it, it's good. so is chard! who knew? this may be the year i finally use everything from our farm share. (except the beets. eeeww.)

Are you doing the same farm share? Sometimes I miss doing it...maybe again some year.
Beets really aren't that bad...boil them in some salt and then put some butter on them when they are done. (I'm the only one in my house that will eat them.)
