a venerable family tradition lives on

thing one has discovered a new-for-her delicacy, something beloved by her mama, gramma and great-gramma before her:  peanut butter and mustard sandwiches.

(before you say that, try one. seriously.)

and since you're reading blogs, try sarah palin's.

OFGS who eats peanut butter and MUSTARD?! For me, it's peanut butter, mayonnaise and bananas. Stop wretching, it's good. I'm gonna try the mustard with pb next time. I'll let you know how it goes. Um, wait, do you use regular yellow mustard or the kind with the wine in it? You might try that on the kids next time you're having a hard day. I'm just sayin'.

debbie - yellow mustard, never dijon. if you're really feeling adventurous, you can add sweet pickles.

love the bananas. but mayo? gak. (although my dad was partial to peanut butter and miracle whip. miracle whip was VERY big during my childhood.)
